ما به شما خدمات حقوقی و دعوی قضایی از قبیل تصویب در تایلند، جرم و جنایت، اختلافات استخدامی و قوانین ضد پولشویی و غیره ارائه می دهیم.

روش برای تصویب

تنها سازمان مسئول مراقبت از فرزند در تایلند و مرکز پذیرش فرزند در اداره رفاه عمومی DPW است. اما 4 سازمان غیردولتی دیگری نیز وجود دارند که در همین خصوص فعالند که مجوز لازم برای فرزند خواندگی واعزام کودکان به خارج از کشور داده به آنها داده شده است.

شرایط لازم برای پذیرش فرزند

زوج پذیرفته شده باید ازدواج کند

هر دو شرکا باید حداقل 25 سال سن داشته باشند-

هر دو همسر باید حداقل 15 سال نسبت به فرزند خود مسن ترداشته باشند-

-این زن و شوهر باید به لحاظ قانونی مجاز به پذیرش یک کودک در کشور خود باشند.

مدارک مورد نیاز

درخواست

-کپی پاسپورت یا کارت شناسایی.

-کپی سند گواهی ازدواج یا طلاق

-گواهی پزشکی که نشان دهنده سلامت جسمانی خوب و نشانه های ثبات ذهنی و ناباروری متقاضیان است

سند نشان دادن درآمد و حرفه-

سند تضمین وضعیت مالی فعلی (بیش از شش ماه)-

سند صدور گواهی دارائی-

-چهار عکس از متقاضی و همسر با فرزندان و محل اقامت در صورت وجود.

-نامه رضایت برای پذیرش از همسر متقاضی یا یک حکم تصویب دادگاه به جای رضایت همسر (در صورت وجود).

-کپی مجوز کار زوج خارجی

-مراجع صدور مجوز متقاضیان برای پذیرش از حداقل دو نفر.

توجه داشته باشید:

تمام اسناد باید توسط سفارت سلطنتی تأیید شود و اسناد باید به تایلندی ترجمه شود. بعد از اینکه همه اسناد ارائه می شوند، به هیئت تصویب فرزند فرستاده می شوند و والدین مطلع خواهند شد که آیا می توانند یا نمی توانند فرزند را بپذیرند.

领养孩子的条件

• 领养孩子的夫妇必须已结婚
• 双方的配偶必须年满25岁

• Documento attestante lo stato finanziario attuale (risalente a non più di sei mesi)
• Documento che certifica le risorse.
• Quattro fotografie del richiedente e coniuge con figli e area di origine, se del caso.
• Lettera di consenso per adozione da parte del coniuge del richiedente o un ordine di approvazione del tribunale al posto del consenso del coniuge (se presente).
• Copia del permesso di lavoro della coppia straniera
• Riferimenti attestanti l’idoneità dei richiedenti ad essere adottati da almeno due persone.
• Rapporto della polizia

Nota: tutti i documenti devono essere attestati dall’Ambasciata e i documenti devono essere tradotti in tailandese. Dopo che tutti i documenti sono stati inviati, saranno inviati al comitato di adozione dei bambini e i genitori saranno informati se possono o non possono adottare il bambino.[:]
